over 15 years experience:

inspections

The first step in solving wildlife related problems is to conduct a thorough assessments of the situation, identifying the species involved, and developing appropriate trapping strategies.

trapping sessions

Depending on the outcome of the inspection, our techs may decide its necessary to set up traps or use specialized equipment to catch the animals, always prioritizing the animals' welfare when appropriate and guided by local regulations. Once captured, they transport the animals to suitable release sites or hand them over to wildlife authorities or rehabilitation centers.

Exclusions

We employ several methods to animal-proof a structure, aiming to prevent wild animals from gaining access to buildings, causing damage, and spreading disease. We will carefully inspect the structure to identify potential entry points such as gaps, cracks, broken vents, or damaged screens. These openings are then sealed off using appropriate materials to prevent animals from squeezing through or gnawing their way in.

repairs

During the inspection process, we will assess the extent of the damage caused which may include the destruction of insulation, electrical wiring, pipes, or other building components. The wildlife expert repairs the structural damage caused by animals, ensuring that the building is secure and functional. This can involve replacing damaged insulation, repairing chewed wires or pipes, fixing holes or gaps in walls or roofs, and restoring any other areas that have been compromised.

Remediations

If animals have been living in the structure, there may be a buildup of waste materials such as droppings, urine, nesting materials, or carcasses. Our wildlife specialist takes precautions to safely remove and dispose of these hazardous materials, wearing protective gear and following proper sanitation protocols. To eliminate potential health risks associated with animal waste and pathogens, the expert performs thorough sanitization and decontamination of affected areas. They use appropriate cleaning agents and disinfectants to eliminate odors, bacteria, and parasites, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.

Maintenance

After the exclusion and remediation process, we will schedule annual follow-up visits to monitor the effectiveness of the remedial measures and ensure that no new wildlife issues have arisen.
